I can't do this night justice. Maggie broke it down over on her blog HERE. (read her blog, it's the best thing I read on the web)
We were so into Chef Diaz and all his tips. And I probably had the stare-face, mouth-open look on the WHOLE time cause our classmates were unreal.
If you live in Utah, you should be go take a Harmon's cooking class immediately. So worth it, great food, and a wide variety of classes.
