stop me

I have to.
It's just too good.
Yesterday Kristine and I made Roasted Salmon with Lemon Relish.
Am I freaking you out with how gourmet I sound? I'm freaking myself out.
I found the recipe in a favorite book: Everyday Food: Great Food Fast I tell you...those pictures scream at me. They are so delicious looking.
You really need to try this salmon recipe. It was easy, healthy, quick, and beautiful.

We used craisins instead of raisins. I'm glad I did. And I have a pinenut fetish...weird.

On the side we made Cucumber-Radish Slaw. I really like cucumbers and radishes, so I said "why not?"! I'm glad I did. Fast, cheap, and easy. That's the name of the game around here.

I didn't dry out the vegetables as long as they said...who has 20 minutes? But it was fine. more food least for today!

i have that cookbook too!!! it's seriously my favorite cookbook. and i love that you post about food. i'm going to do a food journal actually, because i love taking pictures of all of the amazing food i've eaten. weird.
