March classroom
Story Map
I whipped this out pretty fast and I don't know why I hadn't made one sooner in my teaching career. It's so nice to have an easy visual when asking comprehension and sequencing questions.
100 Art
We fill out this packet of 100 type questions. It's pretty entertaining to see what they come up with.
100 Years Old
First time doing 100 year old art. It was so funny. Those misshaped heads and fluffy hairs...Gets me good.
100 things on 100th Day
They brought 100 things in a brown bag, and we compared. Fun to see what they come up with.
Oh! And that red cup on their desk...it's filled with a trailmix style of treats. I bought 10 different snacks and they went through the line up and put 10 of each treat in their cup. (100 treats) They were big fans of that. Treats like mnm's, animal crackers, pretzels, mike n ikes, cheetohs, teddy grahams, marshmallows, and I forget what else.
Miss Metcake!!!

That graph paper clover was gruesome. I said that they couldn't have the same color next to each other. The small, restricting boxes were torture for some of them.

Taggart it

Jackson, WY
Taggart Lake:
We drove out to Teton National Park and strapped on our snowshoes. I couldn't believe the weather. We started shedding clothes about 15 minutes in. I wasn't even close to cold. No gloves! It was amazing. We stopped and ate carrot sticks and peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets and talked professions at the lake. We got a teacher, massage therapist, IT guy, and an almost nurse.
Mountain High Pizza:
that little baby pizza was $16!!! I was the mislead customer...all thinking it was limitless toppings. doh!
