It's Annie Belle's birthday today!
I made her a mint chocolate bundt cake for her party on Saturday. It's a fail proof cake and a crowd pleaser.
*i didn't have a bundt thing and so I used an angel food cake pan, it was difficult. please note the giant crack in the cake

but you really should own a bundt pan.

And the angel food pan version looks really really cool. Nice change, I think.
