It was the perfect Sunday morning. I'm really gonna miss this heat.

I just miss miss her already. and i'm definitely a better person with her around. and she like knows everything and is super in-tune with stuff and is aaaaalways up for fun and cleaned our house and made it pretty again. she does the dishes and buys me groceries and i'm glad she came. she is supah.

I canned salsa with my sisters last week.
It's so tasty and fresh.

My Mom sent me this from a Relief Society activity.
It was good for lunch the next day and super good over quinoa.

Bean, Cabbage and Feta Salad

1 can kidney beans, rinse and drain

3 cups cabbage, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed (fat free crumbles)

3 tbsp fresh parsley

fresh basil

Dressing

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp flaxseed oil

2 cloves garlic, minced
